Take 1–2 dropperfuls about 30 minutes before bed. If you wake during the night, a small dose can be taken again to help you settle back to sleep.
Dropping it under the tongue is the fastest way to absorb, but the taste isn’t for everyone! You can also mix it into a splash of juice (pineapple juice hides the flavor best), water, tea, or whatever you’re drinking.
