Natural Teething Relief Set for Babies and Toddlers

Brewing the Tea:

Place 1 teaspoon of the tea blend into a tea infuser or directly into hot water.
Pour 8 ounces of hot (but not boiling) water over the herbs and let steep for 5-7 minutes.

Freezing for Extra Relief:

For added comfort, after soaking the cloth, place it in the freezer for a few minutes until it’s cold but still flexible.
Offer the chilled cloth to your baby. The coolness combined with the tea’s calming properties will provide extra relief for those tender gums.
